Invotech Texas, USA guarantees the operation of its compressors, for a period of 12 months from the date of installation, against any manufacturing defect from the date of delivery of the compressor, under the following conditions:

Terms and Conditions of the Guarantee Process

  • The end customer must register the compressor on our website www.invotech-mx.com with all the information requested there.
  • During the validity of this warranty, Invotech Texas, USA is obliged to change the compressor for another of the same or similar characteristics, when the compressor presents any failure attributable to its manufacturing, as well as the parts and components that are required at no charge to the consumer. .
  • Transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • It is very important for the customer to know that due to the compressor performance analysis, there will be a possibility that the compressor will be shut down to evaluate the internal components.
  • This warranty does not include the installation and maintenance of the equipment.
  • This warranty does not cover damage or repairs required as a result of faulty compressor installation.
  • It is essential to complete the compressor start-up sheet within a period of no more than 48 hours from the start of the compressor, otherwise the guarantee will not be valid.

The INVOTECH PRODUCTS in which defects:

  • They are not manufacturing defects or the material used in their construction;
  • Improper installation of the compressor carried out by important companies or professionals such as those not authorized to install the products.
  • Whether due to use, handling and/or poor operation by its users;
  • They are recurring due to transport accidents not contracted by INVOTECH OR ITS DISTRIBUTORS or due to inadequate accommodation of the products in transport vehicles.
  • Whether they result from the occurrence of a fortuitous event or a major reason.
